Absolutely. Your payment is held in a secure escrow system (a mutual funding hold) that you have complete control over until you confirm satisfaction with the help you received here on Scholarshift, ensuring secure transactions.
How do I know the scholars are qualified?
All of our scholars are required to fill out their profile before offering help. This includes academic credential checks, submission of sample work, and reasons why they are qualified. This alongside scholar ratings will give you a good idea of how qualified a scholar is to help you with your particular assignment.
Can I communicate with my scholar directly?
Yes, our platform enables direct communication with scholars to clarify requirements and ensure your assignment meets your expectations.
Do I stay completely anonymous in throughout the whole process?
Yes, you can stay 100% anonymous to your scholars if you choose to do so. Just change your student username to whatever you would like.
What happens if I'm not satisfied with the help I received from a scholar?
Our customer service team is on a mission to ensure that any disputes or disagreements result in you being satisfied. This includes the potential for full refunds and future discounts!
Can I use this service for any type of assignment?
Yes! We currently have scholars who specialize in a wide range of subjects including English, Math, and Sciences with many more coming soon!
For Scholars
How do I become a verified Scholar on Scholarshift?
Easy, first, sign up as a scholar, after that, you will be prompted to enter some information about yourself in the scholar profile section on your dashboard. You will then choose your academic specialties, send in samples of your work, and let other students know how you can best help them. And just like that, you are a Scholarshift scholar!
How will I be compensated for my work?
You’ll receive payment once the student approves your submission. The exact amount depends on the agreed price with the student.
What if a student rejects my work
We offer a dispute resolution process to handle such cases fairly, including the possibility of revision requests or partial compensation.
Do I have to meet a performance quota to continue being a scholar?
No, you do not have to meet a quota to continue being a Scholar with us. However, Scholars who repeatedly receive bad reviews and are not performing to a high standard will be permanently removed from having the opportunity to be a Scholarshift scholar.
How do I find assignments that match my expertise
Don’t worry, we will help you out here! You can search and bid on assignments based on your academic specialties and preferred price range.
Are there any fees for scholars on the platform?
We charge a service fee on completed assignments, which is a small percentage of the total transaction. This fee helps to support platform maintenance and development.

The turnaround time depends on the complexity and length of the assignment, as well as current scholar availability. When posting your assignment, you’ll specify the deadline and any additional assignment details to help your scholar as much as you can. Scholars who provide quality help quickly will be given a “fast-helper” badge. This will allow you to take that into consideration when choosing from available scholars.
What happens in the case of a dispute or dissatisfaction?
We have systems in place to help resolve any dispute or dissatisfaction while ensuring both parties are properly compensated.
